Audience measurement

We measure our audience using an internal tool with no cookies or personal trackers. The data collected is anonymous and aggregated (page views, session duration, approximate geographic origin). Your IP address is used transiently by our server to determine an approximate geographic origin and to filter out internal visits; it is not stored in our statistics. This data is never shared with third parties and no consent is required.

Data collected and purposes

When you use a contact, booking or appointment form on this site, the information you submit (name, contact details, message) is stored in our database and can be viewed by us via our back-office inbox, solely to process your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) / overriding interest (nFADP).

Internal conversion measurement

When you submit a form, we record the corresponding event (type of action, temporary session identifier, origin of your visit) in order to measure how effective our pages are. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you.

Retention period

This data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and to meet our legal obligations. You may request its deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

Recipients and processors

Your data is hosted by Supabase (our database host) and, for sending emails, passes through Resend (transactional email provider). These providers act as data processors and do not use your data for any other purpose.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted back-office access limited to authorised staff, and hosting with certified providers.

Hosting

This site, together with the back-office used to administer it, is hosted on infrastructure operated by Infomaniak Network SA, Genève (Suisse).

The data you send us is hosted by our processors Supabase and Resend on servers located within the European Union.

Transfers outside Switzerland / the European Union

The site itself is hosted in Switzerland, while your data is hosted by Supabase and Resend within the European Union (see "Hosting"). Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which recognises an adequate level of protection.

Your rights

In accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nFADP), you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. You may also report a matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address indicated in the legal notice.

Purpose

The information submitted through the form is used solely to understand and respond to the enquiry.

Data concerned

The form requests your name, email address, need and the context required to respond to you.

Your choice

Do not submit any sensitive data. You may request access to, correction or deletion of the information submitted by using the same form.
